Action	In acknowledgement of this significant achievement and with the approval of the Incorporated Trades of Edinburgh the Lord Provost further agrees to bestow the Honorary title of Burgess of the City of Edinburgh in recognition, not only of his contribution to the Baking trade, but also to the wellbeing and reputation of City.
